A WhatsApp crew wanted/available group facility.

The intention is to put skippers with places to fill in contact with crew looking to participate in the regatta. Once included in the group, users should post a little about what they are seeking, i.e. a skipper should indicate boat type and crew position aboard with skills needed, whilst crews seeking a place can outline their skillset and expectations. Once a match has been made then we'd expect the conversation to move away from the Crewfinder WhatsApp to emails or your own boat WhatsApp etc.

The organisers are happy for skippers to join and post to this group before submitting an entry.

By requesting to join the WhatsApp group users accept that the regatta organisers are providing the group only as a courtesy to participants and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any claims or other content made and are not acting as agents of any kind in any resulting arrangements between skippers/boats/crews who must all have read and understood the Notice of Race, including the Statement of Risk and accept that the Royal London Yacht Club, or any other organisation assisting with the management of this event, jointly and severally, bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience to boats or persons howsoever arising directly or indirectly from their rules, policy, actions, inactions or rulings during the races or related activities.
